🍽️ The apartment offers a light-filled living area with a kitchenette (please note: there is a hob & microwave, but there is no oven) and a dining table for four set within the beautiful bay window. From here, you can take in sweeping sea and city views - a perfect setting for relaxed breakfasts, evening meals, or simply soaking up the coastal atmosphere.

📺 There’s also a 43" TV with streaming services, along with a selection of books and a few games to enjoy.

🛋️ The living area features a sofa that easily transforms into a full double bed, perfect for relaxing by day and sleeping comfortably at night. Custom blackout blinds have been added for extra comfort, with matching blinds in the bedroom.

🛌🏻 The bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, dressed in a cotton duvet set, along with under-bed storage and a clothes rail offering room for folding and hanging clothes. A full-length mirror is tucked neatly behind the bedroom door.

🚿 The space is completed by a modern shower room, with a large mirrored cabinet and heated towel rail.

🌆 Step outside and you’ll find yourself surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops, with the beach only moments away. Brighton city centre and Hove are both within easy walking distance, making this an ideal base for discovering everything the city has to offer - from vibrant nightlife and culture to laid-back seaside strolls.

🚕 Getting around couldn’t be easier, with a bus stop right outside, Brighton train station a short walk away, and a taxi rank on the corner.

Please note that nearby parking is limited. Longer-stay on-street parking is available a short walk away, and you may also find spaces that can be booked for multi-days through apps like 'JustPark' and 'Parkopedia’ - although you may need to book in advance. Additionally, there are public and private car parks nearby.
